My Background 

Melbourne T. "Tim" Berlinger grew up in the Clear Lake area. He is a 1998 graduate from the University of Houston - Clear Lake, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities. Mr. Berlinger earned his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 2002. Mr. Berlinger advises and represents clients in the areas of probate, estate administration, estate planning, trusts, guardianship and related litigation.
  
Mr. Berlinger served in the United States Air Force from 1984 through 1988 and then worked in aviation for fourteen years before entering the practice of law.  
 

Mr. Berlinger and his wife, Karen, live in Friendswood, Galveston
County. Mr. Berlinger enjoys sailing, golfing and spending time with his family.
